     SECURITY - All transactions are handled using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security precautions so your credit card and other personal information is protected behind secure firewalls at every step in the process.

     SHIPPING - Most purchases will ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) and are shipped the same or next business day. The quoted shipping prices (calculated at checkout) is the likely charge, but often (about one-half the time) the actual charge will be less. Overnight or 2-day shipping may be available (depending on time and day) at an increase in price. If you do need expedited shipping we advise making your request by both e-mail and telephone (See Contact Info below).

     TAXES - All shipments originate in New Hampshire and thus we do not charge any sales tax, which will represent a significant savings for many of you.

     COSTS - In an attempt to keep prices and other expenses at their lowest possible we ask for your help. When you enter your credit card information please be sure to carefully enter the correct Billing Address, including Zip, and the correct 3- or 4-digit Security Code. Doing so reduces our costs and allows us to pass that along.

     PAYMENT - When you checkout you will be offered the choice of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. If you wish to use a Discover card, select PayPal and proceed. You do not need to have a PayPal account to process your credit card through them. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped (immediately at PayPal).

     NOTIFICATION - You will be sent an immediate confirmation e-mail when your order is placed. You will be sent another e-mail notification when your order is shipped and your credit card charged. This also serves as your invoice/receipt. Please be sure to add "info@idealbasics.com" to your address book and spam filters.

     FINALLY - Sorry, there are no refunds on Sales Aids or Training materials. See the Event Registration page for details on event refunds. If there are products/sales aids/training packages you think we should include on this site, please let us know and we'll try to add them to our online catalog.
